Photos In A New York Minute

We raced down to New York last weekend to see a niece graduate from medical school with attendant celebrations. Here's what Patrushka saw...

Cross-Bronx Expressway, 12:30 pm Friday

Closing Time at the Met, 9:00 pm Friday

Midtown from the Great Lawn, 9:07 pm Friday

Upper West Side , 10:45 am Saturday

More coming, but I've got to finish packing. Posted this from my beatup old laptop. If you see it, that means we can do this wherever we find a hotspot.

Great pictures! I would love to visit NY myself sometime again. By the way - have a good and safe journey!

New York...I would love to go there some day. I think I'd just walk around for days listening to everybody talk!

Why is that? Do New Yahkahs sound funny or sumptin?

I just had the funniest vision. A red gypsy wagon going through Lancaster County PA, following an Amish family wagon. They are both at a stop sign and a Pondering Pig asks the driver, "Would thee knowest from whence I might find a coffee or tea establishment with an accompanying WiFi connection so I can post a blog entry?"
