Graves of Lincoln County, Kansas

We drove down through Kansas towns,

looking for their graves, the first ones...

It was hot.

No birds were singing.

In fact, it was pretty quiet.

Hush now.

The land of Dorothy and Toto and Miss Gulch, all of whom are now dead. Uncle Henry and Auntie Em too.

There's no place like home.

You could visit Banff, Jasper...Three Hills...LOL!!! Seriously, if you weren't kidding, we would drive way out of our way to connect with you. Let us know.

Do you think coloring was added to the pavement of this Kansas street to give it the tan appearance?

Methinks we hit it all. Stones, blues, color of the pavement? What's left? Ok, more stones.

Leos right. The land of Dorothy. Remember, she told the Wizard she was "Dorothy, the meek." They should have called it Dorothy or at least Totoland instead of Kansas. Maybe Wizland sounds better?
