Earthquakes in Rhode Island?

Trish and I have joined the Red Cross. We went to our first class last night. Deb the trainer said "the first thing to remember is that the Red Cross is us. There are nine paid Red Cross employees in the entire State of Rhode Island". (Maybe ten - I wasn't taking notes, but you get the idea) She also said "Forget the Feds, FEMA is a disaster! When big trouble hits, it's up to us. And it should be, we live here. They're our neighbors."
Deb gave us a list of likely Rhode Island disasters: hurricanes, blizzards, floods, and "wind force". Oh yes, and we live near a major earthquake fault!
Give me a break. Earthquakes in Rhode Island? Read the "Earthquake History of Rhode Island" and tremble!
